The subscription model allows us to charge 0-2% fees compared to the traditional 15-20% fee.
But how are we able to do this?
The subscription model means that you pay a 2% fee per role filled and in return, we ask for a 12-month minimum term contract. Which gives us security, and saves you thousands of pounds on fees.
